What kind of a Beef Roast do you use? Sirloin Tip? Chuck Roast? Arm Roast? Pot Roast? I wouldn't think it would be a pot roast? Receipe says Beef Roast? What did you use?
I'm sorry but this picture looks like thinly sliced beef, not shredded and the peppercini's look thicker and more like a jalapeno pepper. Were both used ?
